Britney Spears showed off some serious skills in this new Instagram post, captioning it "Namaste" appropriately. Britney definitely makes fitness a priority and we frequently see pics of her leaving a fitness class, the gym or going on hikes.
"Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically," she told Women's Health when she covered the mag last year. "I don't mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn't have a problem being motivated."
Britney's yoga instructor of five years recently revealed exactly how hard the singer works for her picture perfect figure, telling the Daily Mail that she does 90-minute yoga sessions up to five times a week.
"When she's training intensely we would even do twice a day. That'd be like one hard training session and then we'd do more yin yoga, which is more of a restorative yoga, more focused on the stretching and your breathing," she explained. "We'll train anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half normally three to five times a week."
