Khloe Kardashian Lost Weight With Lifestyle Changes, Not Diet

Khloe Kardashian has dropped pounds, but not because of crash dieting. "I think all diets are kind of weird. The word 'die' is in it!" the E! reality star explained during an interview with Nova 96.9, an Australian radio station. "I believe in lifestyle changes, and when you think of something long term, you do it better. If I know I just have to eat this way for a week, how does that help you for the long term? It doesn't."

Instead of temporarily restricting herself to a crazy eating plan, the 31-year-old has permanently phased out unhealthy things. "I used to love soda," she shares. "So I've cut out soda completely and I'll drink iced tea or water for what I drink throughout my day. I'll just cut something off little by little, and then it just becomes like a part of your life. You don't even think about it."

Of course, she's also been spending lots of time working up a sweat in the gym with her sisters and personal trainer Gunnar Peterson.

"He has changed my body, but he's not militant," she says. "I'm not paying you to yell at me. I want someone who's motivating and encouraging, like if they are proud of you for even being there that day." Clearly, her hard work and lifestyle changes are paying off. Go, Khlo!
