Throughout history, we humans have had some strange fashion trends. And I don't just mean body piercings and tattoos (I'm guilty of both) - we're talking powdered wigs, a city-wide craze of stilt-walking, bombasting (literally stuffing your clothes to achieve Stay Puft status) - to women wearing something called "hobble skirts" to literally slow them down. We're an interesting species when it comes to trends, which keeps things fun. If you ever find yourself wondering, What's next? Dyed armpit hair?, then now is your time. According to Roxie Hunt from Vain salon in Seattle, "More and more often, I am meeting women who un-apologetically choose not to succumb to the societal pressure of scraping a razor against the soft skin of their bodies." And the results are not only colorful, but striking a bold new movement, according to the website FreeYourPits.com. We can get behind this!
