In addition to cleaning up her life, she also enrolled in school to become a medical assistant and while the haters thought she wouldn't follow through with it, on Friday, she graduated!
"Sexy and successful! If i have been through all I did today and still can go back to school ...and graduate... SO CAN U! I did it!" she captioned the photo split shot below.
She also shared a photo of herself, her fiance Nathan Griffith and her two children, writing, "Thanks to my family for being here as my biggest support system and able to push me through it."
And Jenelle had one more surprise for her fans. She's not done with school just yet. "Now it's time to look into a surgical tech. program! Back to school for me," she shared after the ceremony.
