It's Kylie Jenner's 18th birthday weekend and while everyone is dying to know what her big plans are, she kicked off the celebration with something extremely selfless.

On Friday afternoon, the birthday girl stopped by Children's Hospital Los Angeles to visit kids undergoing renal dialysis. She also brought a whole bunch of cool stuff for them, which she gave us a sneak peek of in the photo below. "Let the birthday celebrations begin! First stop: @childrensla," she captioned the shot of herself with all of the goodies she brought.
Seriously, how many people do you know who celebrate their birthday by doing something so sweet for someone else? Huge props to Kylie for having such a big heart...and we really hope she was able to brighten those kids' day.

According to Us Weekly the care packages she brought them included items such as Beats headphones, Barefoot Dreams blankets, kidney-friendly candies from Sugar Factory as well as socks from Rob Kardashian's Arthur George line.

In addition to the gifts, she also spent time with the kids, making friendship bracelets with them and giving them each cameras to snap photos of each other. "It was all Kylie's idea," a source told the mag. "She feels so lucky to be able to celebrate her birthday the way that she gets to, she wanted to give back to other people in need."

This isn't the first time Kylie has visited Children's Hospital, either. In December, she and Tyga attended the LA Gear Presents Teen Impact Holiday Party that was held there and brought gifts to the kids and spent time with the some of the patients and their families. Happy birthday weekend, Kylie...and thanks for spreading the love!
