Not only does Jennifer Lawrence devote some of her off-screen time to fostering her envy-inducing BFF bond with Amy Schumer, but the Hunger Games actress also spends considerable time on charitable efforts.

On Friday, Jennifer visited a children's hospital in Montreal, where she is currently filming X-Men: Apocalypse. During the surprise drop-by, the 24-year-old star hung out with the young patients and staff members at Shriners Hospital, and it was basically a moment of adorableness overload.

A statement on the hospital's Facebook page reads, "A very special visitor stopped by our Canada hospital today. Jennifer Lawrence is in Montreal filming a new movie and she made time to visit some of our #ShrinersCanada kids and staff. Everyone had a great time!"

SIGH. So, is it even possible for our girl crush on J. Law to get any more intense? Finding out that Jennifer canceled plans to binge watch The Hills already placed her pretty high up on our imaginary celeb BFF list, but her latest heartwarming gesture officially plants her firmly in the top spot.
