Nicki Minaj Reveals Her First Rap Ever During Children's Hospital Visit

All eyes are currently on Nicki Minaj as she makes her way from city to city on her Pinkprint tour, but she recently performed a heartwarming gesture off stage that deserves some major shine as well.

Partnering up with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, Nicki visited the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where she talked education, dealing with the paparazzi, pizza toppings (because...yum), and she also revealed the surprisingly normal way she spends her free time (yes, even the Queen of Barbz deserves an off day).

Finally, no Nicki Minaj meet and greet would be complete without the "Anaconda" rapper treating her young fans to a few rhymes from her very first rap:

"Cookie's the name/Chocolate chip is the flavor/Suck up my styles like a cherry Life Saver."

OK, so clearly Nicki's come a long way from her junk food-themed rapping, but those lines might've inspired some of the young patients to brush up on their rap skills. Who knows, but watching her interact with the children was too adorable for words.

Here's a closer look at Nicki Minaj's visit to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia last week! It was so much fun having her at #SeacrestStudios and the patients loved asking her all of their questions.
