Girls, get ready to rejoice. That movie that we all love, and basically always wanted to shape our lives around , is totally becoming a TV show. Yep, get ready for some more Allie and Noah because The Notebook is reportedly coming to our living rooms.

EW reports that a television version of Nicholas Sparks' romantic drama The Notebook is in the works. We know, we know...didn't they die at the end of the movie? Correct, but that doesn't mean ish in TV-land.

"This series will follow the romantic journey of the two beloved central characters Noah and Allie, at the outset of their blossoming relationship as they build their lives and their future together against the backdrop of the racial politics, economic inequities, and social mores of post-World War II of the late 1940s in North Carolina," the official log line for the show reads. Sound pretty awesome, don't you think?

The 2004 film version of The Notebook starred Rachel McAdams as Allie and Ryan Gosling as Noah. It's adorable love scenes and sad ending made it basically every woman's favorite movie ever. We can't even imagine how awesome this show is going to be.

Too bad Ryan won't be in it, though. Guess we'll have to wait and see who they cast to play the two main characters. Any suggestions?
