Remember cute little Peter Shepherd from Jumanji?
He and his sister Judy Shepherd (Kirsten Dunst) found a magical board game that released a man (the late Robin Williams) trapped for decades inside of it, along with a ton of other crazy things. Peter also started turning into a monkey at one point.
Back then Bradley Pierce - who played Peter in the 1995 adventure flick - was just a kid, starring alongside not only Kirsten and Robin, but also Bonnie Hunt. Now, he's all grown up.
At 32, Bradley he is married with three kids, and is still working in the entertainment industry, with the former child star voicing characters in TV shows, movies and video games.
Decades after he starred in the film, it looks like there's more Jumanji to come.. Sony revealed last week it's gearing up for a reboot of the film, which it plans to release on Christmas Day 2016. No word yet on if Kirsten or Bonnie will make a cameo, but Peter has already made it clear he's not a fan of the idea.
The actor told TMZ, "A sequel, I would have loved that, but Sony says they're going to do a reboot. They didn't do it when Robin Williams was around, and it kind of feels like at this point it's a little bit greedy, maybe a little insensitive." A ton of fans of the film feel the same, so hopefully Sony will put out a film that Peter and the rest of the original cast can be proud of.
It's no secret Bradley has a to of respect for his late costar, though. He paid tribute to him in a Facebook post on the anniversary of Robin's death, writing, "One year ago the world became a bit darker when lost a brilliant man to his own struggle. Thank you for the memories, laughter, and truth you created, and for giving me the courage to chase my own success. #RIPRobinWilliams."
