A 26-year-old man in Pennsylvania was arrested on a contempt of court charge for allegedly liking 22 of his ex-girlfriend's Facebook photos and videos because it violated their no-contact restraining order, according to Times Leader.
The woman allegedly went to City Hall and showed them her Facebook page displaying the likes on the pictures and videos and after stepping outside to speak with a family member, she notified police that her ex was in the area at the time.
For his part, the man claims that he didn't realize that liking Facebook photos would violate the PFA (protection from abuse order), but the assistant district attorney still felt that it constituted a violation of the agreement and he was taken into custody, Citizens Voice reports. He was later arraigned and released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
