I don't do "typical workouts." This is more of a lazy-type workout you can do in your bedroom!
  • 30 single leg raises
  • 20 inner thigh pulses
  • 50 reverse crunches
  • 20 knee push-ups
  • 40 leg raises
  • 25 cross touches
  • 50 crunches
  • 35 heel touches
  • 20 squats
  • 30 mountain climbers
That is pretty much all I do! Its really easy and takes under 20 minutes.
