I picked two of the trendiest companies to highlight that are currently using technology to set the new standard of fashion and beauty, CuteCircuit and Foreo.
CuteCircuitCuteCircuit is a wearable technology company with several fashion items available for purchase. With items like a light-up handbag and a dress with hundreds of micro LEDs, this brand is one of the coolest - and sleekest - wearable tech brands in market. All of the items come with a hefty price tag, but with advocates like Katy Perry (who wore the brand at the Met Gala in 2010 in the above photo and also in concert in 2011), CuteCircuit shouldn't have a problem gaining a audience.

Moda by ForeoModa claims to be the world's first digital makeup artist, building a machine that does your makeup for you in less than 30 seconds. Download the mobile app, pick your style, then your Bluetooth connection with the machine will tell the Moda what you look you want. I have a feeling this may be too good to be true, but if not this could revolutionize the fashion and beauty industry. Entry for the beta product is closed, but you can check out their website and video for updates on availability.
