Now that she's had a baby, the Age of Adaline star - whose body is still banging - is hitting the gym, and it looks like she has one particular trainer to thank for getting her back in shape after delivering James last December.
"This fit dude, @donsaladino NOSE how to kick my butt (see what I did there) #WhyIsCelluliteIsSoMuchCuterOnBabies You'll die over his training on Broadway. Officially a maniac. Which is of course why we get along," Blake captioned a shot of herself in gym clothes with her finger up her trainer Don Saladino's nose.
While Blake hasn't been one to post a ton of workout shots on social media or dish on how she dropped her baby weight, Don revealed a little bit about her regimen to People back in January. "Even with her eating and staying active, everything is in moderation," he said. "She still enjoys the tasty treats in life."
Don also said Blake's physique has a lot to do with balance, and recommended that everyone should stick to an "80/20 rule" when it comes to diet and exercise. "Eighty percent of the time during the week, be really good — and then 20 percent, live a little bit," he said.
Whatever they're doing together has worked. Just two months after Blake gave birth to her baby girl, she was back in the spotlight at a New York Fashion Week show slaying in a body-hugging, black and white dress.
The woman never ceases to amaze us.
