If you ever meet Taylor Swift...don't touch her butt! That's exactly the incident that went down that is now causing the singer and a former radio DJ some d-r-a-m-a.

According to TMZ, a former DJ is suing the "Shake It Off" singer because he was canned from his job for allegedly touching her ass while meeting her backstage at a show a few years ago. The kicker? He swears he wasn't the one who inappropriately touched Tay.

In the lawsuit, filed on September 10, it was said that David Mueller lost his job and got banned from Tay's concerts for life due to the false accusation. The alleged groping incident happened on June 2, 2013 when the DJ was invited to meet and greet Taylor backstage, as part of his job at the radio station.

According to the suit, "Swift suddenly announced it was picture time" and "quickly put her right arm" around David's girlfriend Shannon Melcher. He then jumped into the photo "at the last second". Taylor thanked the couple and left after the photo session.

After taking the picture, David says he met a co-worker who "excitedly told him about his experience meeting Ms. Swift earlier that night". The co-worker "described and demonstrated how he had put his arms around her, hands on her bottom," says the suit. Later on, when David and his girlfriend were at the Pepsi Centre, an alleged person from Taylor's security team named Craig approached them.

Craig accused David of groping Taylor's bottom earlier in the night. While he denied the accusation, other security members came in and surrounded the couple. The security members, according to the suit, verbally abused the couple and escorted them to an exit door. David was then fired on June 4, 2013.

So far Taylor hasn't responded.
