Sick of looking orange? Preach. Bronzer always seems like a good idea until you actually put it on your skin, and you end up looking more like an Oompa Loompa than a Kardashian. Sorry not sorry.

Backstage at the New York Fashion Week SS16 shows, we noticed that beauty looks mostly veered toward the minimal, understated side of the spectrum instead of overly made-up faces. For us lazy girls with average makeup skills, it's all good news.

At the Milly show, we found makeup artist and Beauty.com Beauty Director at Large Romy Soleimani using tinted moisturizer in a slightly darker shade than you'd usually go - specifically, Kevyn Aucoin The Sensual Skin Tinted Balm ($48, Beauty.com) - to create a #flawless glow.

"Instead of just using bronzer, you can use tinted moisturizer all over your face," Romy says. "What's great...is it's really just going to give a tint of a tan all over. It just looks like a really healthy, beautiful tan. It dries down and it stays, which is amazing. This is something that every woman could have in their arsenal for a very real-looking tan. It's almost like a tan stain."

To finish it off, Romy highlighted with Kevyn Aucoin Creamy Glow Duo in Candlelight/Sculpting ($28, Beauty.com) to really play up the bone structure. YAS - further proof that tinted moisturizer is bae.
