After Mattel released a sketch earlier this week of the doll, which rocked our girl's famous Oscars look complete with dreadlocks, the company gave her the actual Barbie Saturday at the Barbie Rock 'N Royals Concert Experience in Los Angeles, Calif.
"When I was little I couldn't find a Barbie that looked like me, my...how times have changed," the K.C. Undercover star (and host of the event) captioned a close-up split shot of the Barbie and herself at the Academy Awards. "Thank you @barbie for this honor and for allowing me to be apart of your diversification and expansion of the definition of beauty. Can't wait to keep doing amazing things with you #besuper."
Just for good measure she changed her profile photo to a photo of the Zendaya Barbie, and we don't blame her. When you have your own Barbie, you have seriously made it. And lest we not forget, Zendaya also stars on a Disney show, has designed her own shoe collection, and is the face of Madonna's Material Girl clothing line, among other things.
On top of all that, she's also only 18, and always makes sure to give fans messages of empowerment along the way, which is why she's our BFF (in our minds). Total life goals.
