The Fulton County Medical Examiner is keeping that under wraps, saying in a statement to CNN, it "has classified the cause and manner of Bobbi Kristina Brown's death, however, a Fulton County Superior Court Order dated September 25, 2015 has been received Sealing the Autopsy Report and ordering the Medical Examiner to not release any further information to the public."
Bobbi Kristina was hospitalized for six months after she was found face down and unresponsive in a filled bathtub in her Roswell, Ga. home Jan. 31. She later passed away in July. Ironically, her mom Whitney Houston, was facedown and dead in a filled bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Feb. 2012.
According to the network, Bobbi's estate has filed a $10 million wrongful death lawsuit against her boyfriend Nick Gordon, alleging that he "beat her after an 'all-night cocaine and drinking binge' before giving her a 'toxic cocktail' that knocked her out." Nick's legal team has called the suit "slanderous and meritless."
While Nick hasn't been charged in Bobbi Kristina's death, Bobby Brown's attorney, Christopher Brown, released a statement to Billboard as well, saying, "In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon."
"I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil lawsuit and hopefully the criminal action very soon," Bobby Brown said in the same statement.
