OK, now that we've told you ladies are letting a little fuzz grow in their nether regions, there comes the topic of personal grooming. WTF, you say? Well, you wouldn't you skip the products in the hair on your head every day, would you?
Didn't think so. Enter Fur, the first line of pubic hair grooming products, according to Fashionista. We're not talking about the ingrown hair bump busters you find at the drugstore, either. This might be the most exciting thing to happen to your hoo-ha since Betty pubic hair dye.
Fur is a two-product line founded by sisters Emily Schubert, 24, and Laura Schubert, 32.
It includes a Fur Oil ($55), an elixir of oils including grape seed, jojoba, tea tree and clary sage. The oil is intended to soften and condition, minimize ingrowns and reduce inflammation. There's also a Stubble Cream ($49), a lotion of shea butter, safflower seed and olive extracts and tea tree oil. You can also snag a trial size bottle of the oil for $25, if you want to test it out on bae.
"I started thinking about how women are treating their pubic area and how it's not really in line with what's going on right now," Emily told Fashionista. "Fur is [what's on the] spectrum between having no hair and being unruly and unkempt. I feel like it's that new wave of feminism. You care about yourself, but it's more about you as a woman, not about men. I realized it really wasn't that crazy."
We couldn't agree more. What you rock under your undies should really be about what makes you feel the most comfortable. If this is what does it for you, we're all for it!
