Taylor recently donated $50,000 to a GoFundMe account set up for 13-month-old Ayden, the nephew of one her backup dancers (Kim "Toshi" Davidson) on the 1989 World Tour. The GoFundMe goal was initially set at $20,000.
"Baby Ayden, I'm lucky enough to perform with your uncle Toshi on tour," Tay Tay commented on her donation. "All of us are praying for you and your mama and sending so much love your way. Love, Taylor."
Toshi posted about Ayden's diagnosis on Wednesday. He also shared something after T-Swift's generous gift.
"So I get off the plane in Toronto and this is the first thing I see. @taylorswift13 is an angel and my family and I can't thank her enough... She is such an incredible human being," he posted.
This isn't the first time Taylor's done something awesome like this. In July she donated $50,000 to a fan battling cancer, causing GoFundMe to raise the limit on donations it accepts. How baller is that?!
So I get off the plane in Toronto and this is the 1st thing I see... @taylorswift is an angel and My family and I can't thank her enough... She is such an incredible human being... This will help Lil Toshi in this time of need... Let's pray for him to beat this... This unexpected gift is truly a blessing... 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 #helpbabyAydenbeatcancer #fuckcancer #cancer #gofundme #taylorswift #greatestbossintheworld #amazinghuman #blessing #angel #nephew #lilToshi #live #life #love
