TechCrunch reported last week that there is a Google Chrome browser extension for finding GIFs. If you're a GIF lover, you probably use Tumblr and Google Images to find your favorite moving Kardashian image. What sucks about Google Images, though, is that in the search results, you can't tell if something is a GIF or just a static image without clicking into the result and waiting for it to load. I know we've all been there.
This extension (that takes, like, 10 seconds to install) automatically renders the GIF in your Google Image search, so you know immediately if it's a live piece of content or just an image that's been mistakenly tagged as a GIF. Bye-bye to waiting for a static image to load! Seriously, how frustrating it is when you find the most perfect GIF, and after 20 seconds of waiting for it to load you find out that's it's just a meme.
Here's an image from TechCrunch showing you the realness I'm giving you:
Download the extension here (remember, Chrome users, only!) and get ready for the best thing to happen to your internet browsing since discovering your favorite shirtless CW Network men fan page.
