When Drake and Meek Mill had a major beef this summer, Nicki Minaj was pretty quiet.
The "Anaconda" rapper never hit social media to give her thoughts on their tweets or diss tracks, nor did she ever discuss it in the media...until now.
During a new interview with The New York Times Magazine, Nicki said, "It's between them," when asked whether she chose sides in their feud. "They're men, grown-ass men," she said, adding "I hate it. It doesn't make me feel good. You don't ever want to choose sides between people you love. It's ridiculous. I just want it to be over."
Drake and Meek got into an epic battle this summer after Meek randomly hit Twitter and said Drake doesn't write his own rhymes. After that, the "Take Care" rapper slaughtered Meek in two diss tracks, continued to poke fun at him on Twitter and clowned him at the OVO Fest in Toronto in August.
Meek released one diss track about Drake that fell flat, and went on to shut the feud down on Twitter not long after the OVO fest, saying "I don't feel like I gotta try to prove myself to the people and end up in a real situation over this fake rap sh*t!"
Since then, neither one of them has blasted the other, but since Nicki alluded that the feud isn't over yet, there's no telling if another beef will spark again in the future.
