As beauty trends come and go, so do plastic surgery trends. Remember when everyone was getting huge breast implants? Yeah, that isn't trendy anymore. Now, everyone wants big butts - and we can partly thank the Kardashians for that.

Dr. Terry Dubrow, who stars on the hit E! series Botched, sat down with Yahoo Beauty and explained how "The Kardashian Effect" is in full-force in the plastic surgery world.

Just as we all want to copy Kylie Jenner's hair or Kim Kardashian's style, people want their bodies to look like the famous family, too - and we're talking about more than just wearing a padded bra or hitting the gym harder than usual. While the Kardashians have been naturally blessed with their famous derrieres, people want their butts to look like that and they're willing to do almost anything to achieve it.

After explaining that there is a trend toward a more "natural" look with plastic surgery in terms of more subtle breast implants and lip injections, Dr. Dubrow did say that people still want big butts. "It's the Kardashian effect," he explains. "The big butts are very 'in'. I see a lot of young girls want to do the Kylie Jenner thing; for a while she was getting lip injections. They wanted lips just like hers."

He admits, however, that the butt thing has him a little worried. "The butt thing is really concerning, because they want to go big," he tells them. "They're pushing the envelope of what the buttocks will take. When you put a ton of fat in the buttocks, some of it's going to dissolve. Some of it's going to die. You can get into fat necrosis and scarring. The buttocks is really, really hard to fix."

Yeah, we'll stick with squats, thanks!
