Unfortunately, Shia Labeouf isn't having the best weekend ever.

CNN reports that the 29-year-old actor was arrested for public intoxication on Friday, Oct. 9 in Austin, Texas. Shia was apparently present for the Austin City Limits music festival when police took him into custody in the city's entertainment district. According to TMZ, a visibly drunken Shia was spotted jaywalking in the presence of police officers shortly before his arrest. The gossip site also posted a video of the actor being handcuffed and seated in the back of a squad car.

On Sunday morning, the Transformers star posted a vague post-arrest tweet that simply read, "I talk, just not to you." Maybe that tweet is Shia's indirect way of saying he doesn't plan on addressing this latest incident publicly. However, what's clear is the struggles that he's endured over the past couple of years are still plaguing him.

Last June, Shia was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing at NYC's Studio 54 after he interrupted a performance of Cabaret. He's also been involved in multiple altercations, including a drunken bar brawl in London in which he allegedly headbutted a random guy.

Clearly things aren't looking so great for Shia right now, but hopefully he pulls it together soon.
