We know that both he and Khloe Kardashian were devastated by their divorce. In April, Khloe told E! News that she would never not love Lamar. "He was my husband, and I still wish he was, and, you know, I don't think there's anything wrong with that, but there's nothing I can do. Lamar has to do things in order to change that aspect," she explained, "Yeah, if I had my way, I'd be married to Lamar in two seconds."
The exes remained friendly and as we saw on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe was still deeply affected by the split and the emotions that came up whenever she would talk to, or even think about Lamar.
Of course, Lamar has a television, too, and he was probably watching a lot of those episode as well, which would understandably be difficult. While he wasn't watching the show this past Sunday, someone close to him was and reportedly called him to tell him about something that had aired on either the season finale or one of the shows leading up to it.
On the season finale, Khloe got the call from Lamar that his best friend Jamie had passed away, but on episodes that re-aired before that, Khloe and Lamar's continued friendship was featured in a couple of scenes. Khloe was also doing an appearance in Vegas and left the club when she found out Lamar was in the hotel.
Sources at the Love Ranch, where Lamar was found, tell TMZ that he was in good spirits when he arrived on Saturday, but became visibly upset on Sunday after he got a call about the show. Some of the women who were around him tell the site that Lamar became irate and was upset about the way he had been portrayed on the show.
After being found unconscious on Tuesday afternoon, Lamar remains hospitalized in a Nevada hospital and Khloe has been by his side since Tuesday evening.
