During a sit down with Good Morning Britain, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson summed it up by saying "We don't know yet," with Louis explaining, "We don't really want to put a time on it because then that puts pressure on us. And we're just going to enjoy this time to do what we want to do."
Yeah, we were hoping for something a little more concrete.
Louis did talk about how "emotional" they're expecting their last show to be, adding that "not touring for a year next year is going to be quite bizarre."

Tell us about it.
Here's where you might want to have a tissue handy...when asked what they'll miss during their time off, Louis said, "Actually it's just the day-to-day things, we are like family now. It's the company that you're used to, it's like leaving school and leaving your friends behind."

We're not crying. It's just allergies. Sniffle.
The guys also chatted a little about Zayn Malik leaving 1D, with Liam explaining they are all "winners" after this "disaster of a situation" shook out. According to Liam,"One Direction was never really Zayn's kind of bag if you know what I mean. His taste in music was a bit different and I guess that's kind of what drove him to do what he did in the end."
We're still recovering from the loss, tbh.
