Let us all have a smize-filled moment of silence. According to TV Line, Tyra Banks' model-making, reality TV competition America's Next Top Model has been cancelled. Cycle 22 of ANTM is currently airing on The Cw and will permanently dim its runway lights during the series finale on Friday, Dec. 4.

On Wednesday, Tyra took to Instagram to bid ANTM a proper farewell.

"TYRA MAIL!" the former model and fashion mogul wrote. She continued, "Thinking #ANTM #cycle22 should be our last cycle. Yeah, I truly believe it's time. Our diehard fans know we've expanded the definition of beauty, presented with Flawsome is, tooched and booched and boom boom boomed, shown the world how to show their neck, rocked couture/catalogue/commerical poses, have found our (and your) light, strutted countless runways, gone on tons of go-sees, added guys to the girls mix, and have traveled around the globe and back again. Yeah, it's time. It really is. Wow, I am SO proud of what Top Model has done."

Oh, ANTM. We'll miss your numerous catchphrases, model catfights, passive-aggressive judging panels and photo shoot tips. Fortunately, fans of Tyra can still find her showing off finger-wagging fierceness as a co-host on ABC's FABlife, along with fellow model Chrissy Teigen.

Meanwhile, we'll be over here preparing the perfect booty tooch for the ANTM finale.
