The Nevada brothel owner where Lamar Odom was found is speaking out about the days leading up to the former NBA star's medical emergency as well as what happened immediately after.

During his appearance on HLN's Nancy Grace, Dennis Hof said that Lamar called and wanted to spend a few days at the ranch to unwind, drink some Cognac and relax. Nancy said she didn't know they offered extended stays and Dennis said that people can stay as long as they want, if they can afford it. It has been reported by TMZ that Lamar spent $75,000 on his stay.

He says that Lamar was doing sexual enhancement herbal supplements, which he says are sold at gas stations and the ranch. He also describes the condition Lamar was in when he was discovered by the two girls he had been partying with.

The conversation then went to the Kardashians, as Lamar was (and is still legally) married to Khloe Kardashian and was featured a lot on their reality shows. "Speaking of the Kardashians," Dennis began. "I got a call from their publicist today, saying 'are you going to do any media?' and I said 'yes, I'm going to go on the Nancy Grace show' and they said 'please don't do that, we'd rather have Khloe say what needs to be said...I told her to go to hell."

**Kardashian conversation begins at 4:15 in the video below**

The Kardashians and Jenners have all dropped everything to be with Lamar in Las Vegas. Kim, Khloe and Kris immediately flew out when they got the news. Kourtney, Kendall and Kylie have all since arrived and Caitlyn Jenner was believed to be flying out yesterday.
