On Oct. 17, Cambio was all over the pink carpet at New York City's Beautycon Festival, an event that brought some of the best in the world of trending beauty and fashion together to express what it means to feel confident in your own skin.
NYX Cosmetics - BeautyCon NY 2015While scouring the pink carpet, we had the chance to meet some of the biggest digital influencers on YouTube and social media, including Niki and Gabi, Angel Merino, Whitney White, Baddie Winkle, Teala Dunn, Jeannie Mai and Jay Manuel who you probably remember as Tyra Banks' right-hand man on America's Next Top Model. All of these YouTube makeup sensations (who the event expertly referred to as its "creators") had something incredible to say about what #BUILTBYGIRLS means to them. Female empowerment was definitely in the air - you could almost smell it - as our favorite Internet personalities all expressed how something #BUILTBYGIRLS meant inspiring women, especially young girls, to put their hearts and their time into whatever it is they love, on top of realizing that they are beautiful creators themselves.
2nd Annual BeautyCon New York City FestivalAlong with meet-ups and appearances by these glamorous stars who often grace our computer and phone screens, Beautycon held panels with some of our favorite YouTubers to discuss how makeup was not about concealing who you are, but embracing and highlighting your true beauty.

And yes, there was no shortage of cosmetics. Brands like Revlon, Essie, Garnier, Physician's Formula, Tarte, NYX Cosmetics and Maybelline showed up to premiere some of their best products with some awesome giveaways. New brands like Winky Lux and Velvet 59 debuted their bright and bold products to get us super excited about fall looks.
