Something tells us Madonna is going to love this.

On the heels of her 19th birthday, Lourdes Leon kept the celebration going with some brand new ink – with 'Mom' and 'Dad' spelled out on her fingers. A photo of the tats popped on Instagram thanks to Lourdes' 15-year-old half-brother Rocco Ritchie, who posted it on his account with the caption "B m t."

Pre-inking, Lourdes rang in her big 1-9 with a swanky dinner at Via Veneto restaurant in Santa Monica, Calif. with Madonna, Rocco, her two other siblings, David and Mercy, and a group of her friends, according to E! Online. The crew reportedly spent nearly two hours wining and dining in the VIP area of the restaurant, where waiters delivered a birthday cake lit with candles.

Although it was Lourdes' birthday, Madonna made waves at the dinner when she stepped out in a lace crop top, black blazer, tuxedo pants and lace fingerless gloves. Lourdes, meanwhile, rocked a blue New York Yankees bomber jacket and black leggings with a sheer panel on the side. Her silver hair was pulled back into a bun and she sported a nose ring as well.

There's no denying Lourdes looks more and more like her mom as she gets older, and she's even attending University of Michigan, where her mom was once enrolled before she dropped out to pursue a music career in New York City.

Lourdes is staying put at the university, but it looks like she may follow in Madonna's footsteps careerwise considering she's studying, music, theater and dance there, according to InStyle.

Just call her a mini-Madonna.
