She has been at her estranged husband's bedside ever since, which obviously made things a little bit complicated when it came to her relationship with Houston Rockets star James Harden.
Despite the fact that Khloe and Lamar decided to call off their divorce at the 11th hour while Lamar was hospitalized, that doesn't necessarily mean they're getting back together.
In a new interview with PEOPLE, Khloe shot down the reconciliation rumor, telling them, "It's out in the media that we are back together, but I wish people understood that's not in our thought process right now. There are too many other important things, too many medical things. It's not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now."
And James has been totally understanding about that. "He's been great with me, and I'm just allowing everything to unfold," she told them. "If it's ever too overwhelming [for him], then I understand that as well."
And while Khloe hasn't left Lamar's bedside very much, she did on Wednesday to attend the Rockets' season opener in Houston.
With all that Khloe is going through right now, we understand why she isn't in a hurry to declare an official relationship status with anybody and she's just loving and supporting the people she cares about.
