After Khloe Kardashian called off her divorce from Lamar Odom, the assumption was that the whole experience of him being hospitalized made them rethink the divorce and that they were going to give marriage another try.
In an interview with PEOPLE, Khloe set the record straight on her relationship status with Lamar.
"It's out in the media that we are back together, but I wish people understood that's not in our thought process right now," she said. "There are too many other important things, too many medical things. It's not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now."
She also said that their relationship was "the same" meaning they hadn't gotten back together, she is just trying to be his support system.
Prior to Lamar's hospitalization, Khloe was going strong with NBA star James Harden and despite what many people thought, they didn't break up over the Lamar situation. In fact, one of Khloe's first public appearances since the incident was in Houston, where she attended James' season-opener.
Over the weekend, the duo reunited again for a date night at Lure nightclub in Hollywood. According to TMZ, they stayed for about 2 hours and while they weren't shy about arriving together, they did leave separately.
In a recent interview with Yahoo! Style, Khloe gushed about James, saying things were going great with them and that he's being extremely supportive. "James and I are great and we're on a great page. As of this moment, he's been very supportive. He and I are doing just fine," she told them.

It's good to see them out and about again and we give James a ton of credit for being so understanding about the whole thing and supporting Khloe through it all.
