We're total romantics and all in on the idea of fate...but this is beyond crazy.

Amy Giberson and Justin Pounders attended Sunshine Preschool in St. Petersburg, Florida when they were both three, where they were pre-k sweethearts. Fast forward to 30 years later and Amy and Justin started dating after they were matched on an online website.

Diane Twar, owner and teacher from their preschool, told People.com that "It was a quiet, bashful romance. They liked each other from afar, it was a young love, like a sweet crush, you know? They insisted on sitting next to each other in our school picture."

Aw.

After preschool, they went their separate ways and forgot about one another, like you do.

While Justin didn't recognize Amy on the dating site, he did feel a need to connect with her, telling People.com: "I saw her photo and for whatever reason, was instantly drawn to her. She just had this great energy, you could tell. I can't explain it, but I knew I had to get to know this girl."

Prior to their first date, they had no idea that they had known each other as kids, but Amy said when they met for a dinner date, "it was like I had known him my whole life."

Here's the totally cray part – they dated for almost a year before they discovered they knew each other back in the day.

Amy explained, "We were in the car and Justin casually mentioned that he loved my name because he had had a crush on a girl named Amy in his preschool. Then I joked to him, 'Well, it's not me, so I don't want to hear about her!'"

When they discovered it was her, she explained: "I was the Amy he had liked all those years ago! It was definitely meant to be."

Total #relationshipgoals.
