Farrah Abraham's daughter Sophia is already 6 years old (wow, time flies!) and as if having a child at 16 isn't tough enough, she is doing it all alone as Sophia's father, Derek, died in a car accident while Farrah was still pregnant.

Still, she's been working her butt off to provide the best life for herself and Sophia and whether you agree with all of her decisions or not, she has certainly achieved that goal.

While many of the Teen Mom and Teen Mom 2 stars have had more children since their 16 & Pregnant episodes, Farrah has been focusing on other business and personal endeavors and Sophia remains an only child...for the time being!

In a new Instagram post, the 24-year-old revealed that Sophia could possibly be getting a sibling in the future. In honor of World Adoption Day on November 9, Farrah posted a pic of herself and surprised fans with what she revealed in the touching caption.

After encouraging people to embrace the "power and beauty" of adoption, she revealed why it means so much to her, saying she grew up around people who were adopted and saw what it meant to those kids to have a loving and caring home.

And then, she hit us with a surprising revelation, saying, "I hope soon Sophia and I can make a world of difference by bringing home a baby brother or sister for Sophia. I always have been passionate about adoption as it means so much to me, my family, my community, my church and my heart thank you to all the parents who have adopted and to all the amazing children with their loving families. God Bless."

Wow! We don't even know what to say, except to thank her for sharing that beautiful sentiment about adoption and that we can't wait to see what the future holds for her and Sophia!
