Cronut Creator Launches New Dessert That Will Blow Your Mind

Christmas just came early.

Continuing to prove that he's a man after our hearts, Chef Dominique Ansel created another sweet confection that makes us want to lick our laptop screens. Earlier this week, he announced that his Dominique Ansel Bakery and Kitchen would be debuting the Cinnamon Spun Roll (!).
"Each one is wrapped together like a spool of yarn and pulls apart in a long thread of moist, spiced, buttery goodness," he captioned a shot of the massive roll. And if that wasn't enough, he posted a mouthwatering video of himself pulling open the cinnamon roll. "Each one is a long strip of dough rolled together like a spool of yarn, twice baked (once after soaking in a spiced custard) and topped with #AppleJack #frosting," he captioned the video. Yum!
This is the same chef who wowed us – and sweets lovers everywhere – when he created the Cronut, so we have no doubt his Cinnamon Spun Roll is going to be epic. Chef Dominique's sweets are in high demand (the Cronuts still have a cult following), so the only way to guarantee you'll get a bite out of one is to pre-order it from the site and pick it up at his New York City bakery.
