Caitlyn Jenner returned to her alma mater, Graceland University, this week, and as she was speaking to a group of people about her own work ethic and how she achieved the success that she did, the conversation turned to her children.

"In life, we don't get anywhere unless we work hard," she explained. "That's how you get ahead in life. I've been blessed to have 10 children in my life. My kids work hard. They work every day. You know, they sometimes say 'they're famous for being famous' no they're famous in my eyes for hard work."

She continued, "My little Kendall [Jenner] works every day. She's in Australia for three days, she'll be back home for one day. She'll be off to Europe, she'll be traveling all over the world - she never stops, because it takes hard work to succeed in life and you just can't be afraid to do that."

So great spending time with @KendallJenner! Love my little girl

In years past, Caitlyn had been doing a lot of motivational speaking and even just hearing her talk for a few minutes, you can understand why people love listening to her speak. She has a lot of good things to say and she makes you want to get out there and live your dream - whatever that dream is.

She also revealed that she signs all of her autographs with her motto: Dream big, work hard. Love it!
