Anne Hathaway has a lot to be thankful for this holiday season...she's going to be a mom!
The 33-year-old Dark Knight Rises star is expecting her first child with her hubby Adam Shulman, according to E! Online, with a source telling the site, "Anne is in her second trimester and feeling great."
Rumors first started flying that Anne was pregnant when she stepped on the red carpet at the London premiere of her upcoming film The Intern in September and appeared to have a bit of a baby bump. While Anne has kept mum on her pregnancy so far, she did gush over the possibility of having kids back in 2012, saying, "Oh, my God. I want to be a mother, and I anticipate loving my children quite fiercely."
"I think about it all the time, though it's a silly thing to think about because the kind of mother I'll be depends on the kind of children I have," she continued. "I can't wait to meet them."
Anne and Adam tied the knot in September of that year, and it was clear the Oscar winner had babies on the brain even then. Aside from her interview with Vogue, she also dished about her thoughts on parenthood to The Telegraph, saying, "I'll start with one healthy kid but I'd like to have a few naturally and adopt."
"I gotta get on it, you know?," she continued. "I'd like to have as many as I can afford, not just financially but in terms of time, because you want to make sure each one feels special."
Congrats to Anne and Adam on starting their family!
