If there's one thing Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have in common, it's that they don't mind gushing about each other.

After the country crooner was honored as one of CMT's Artists of the Year Thursday, Gwen posted a sweet tribute to him on Instagram (and even compared him to Michael Jackson). "Congrats @blakeshelton #cmtartistoftheyear #michaeljacksonofcountrymusic gx,"she captioned the Instavideo, which showed a nail artist painting a portrait of Blake on a fingernail. The singer's "Lonely Tonight" could be heard playing in the background, as well as Gwen giggling.

When Blake took the stage to accept the award, he referenced the ups and downs he's had this year, saying, "I want to thank my entire team. There's too many people to stand up here and name, but more importantly this has been a crazy year from the way it started to the way it's ending so awesome for me, so thank y'all. This is a great way to end it for me. Thank you so much."

Although Blake didn't give a shout out to Gwen during the speech, he couldn't stop beaming as he talked about his ladylove ahead of her "Used to Love You" performance on the Voice Monday. "I'm thankful for Gwen for tons of reasons, but mostly because she makes us all look a whole lot better on this show," he told Entertainment Tonight at the time. He went on to tweet about her performance, writing, ""Wow... @gwenstefani.... Such an amazing performance. #respect."

These two are giving us total relationship goals.
