We know that Kim Kardashian lets cameras film almost every waking second of her life for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians cameras, but when it comes to giving birth, that's a "No Cameras Allowed" kind of situation for Kim.

While there were rumors that she'd be filming the birth for the show, TMZ reports that there were no cameras in sight in the delivery room, because that's the way Kim and Kanye wanted it.

Kim had some concerns going into her delivery, as little Saint had been breech all the way up until the week before he was born, when she underwent a painful procedure to turn him. "They don't give you any pain medication, and let me tell you: This was soooooo painful," Kim wrote in a blog post on her app and website. "Probably more painful than childbirth. BUT it worked!"

"Every medical issue that you could probably have I feel like I get and I worry so much about it," Kim recently told E! News. "This pregnancy I have a little bit more anxiety just because I know what's to come and it's really inevitable some of the issues that I'm going to have. You know, I have a high-risk delivery and all of that gives me such anxiety."

Fortunately, everything went fine with the procedure and the delivery and despite arriving a few weeks ahead of schedule, little Saint was born on December 6, weighing 8 pounds, 1 ounce.

No pictures have been released of the little guy yet, but we're sure he's absolutely adorable and we can't wait to see him.
