Do flashbacks to the Pretty Little Liars' Halloween episodes keep you up at night? If so, you may want to steer clear of Troian Bellisario's new movie. Troian's latest cinematic venture will make those creepy baby doll masks look like kids stuff.

Troian's new movie is called Martyrs, and it's a remake of a 2008 French film of the same name that's widely recognized as pure nightmare fuel. If you thought that A's games in the dollhouse got intense on Pretty Little Liars, just wait until you hear what Martyrs is about. Troian plays a young woman who survived unimaginable torture by a sadistic family and vows to kill them as punishment for their crimes. The woman soon realizes that revenge isn't quite as simple as it seems, and that something more may be going on with this family than she could have ever expected.

So I think we can all agree that the new movie sounds scary AF, right?!Troian's new film sounds like a perfect way to move into edgier, darker, and far more adult material, especially now that Pretty Little Liars only has a season and a half left before it ends forever (sob!) That's not to say that PLL hasn't been the perfect way to prep for a role this intense: Troian can definitely channel her Spencer breakdowns for her new role. (Hey, that girl has been through a lot!)

Martyrs hits theaters on Jan. 22, 2016, so grab your bravest friends and go see our girl Troian in what could be the most terrifying movie of the year.
