If you're obsessed with Star Wars and can't wait to see the new move in theaters this December (because really, hasn't it been too long?) then you are probably also snapping up any and all Star Wars-related merchandise in anticipation. You'd have plenty of options (like the adorable toy BB-8 robot!) but if you prefer Star Wars stuff that you can eat, you're in luck: Star Wars ice cream is here and even non-fans will get starry-eyed over these flavors.

Technically the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens ice cream isn't actually ice cream: it's custard, which is basically an even creamier version of the frozen treat. Ample Hills Creamery created two different custards to celebrate the new movie, one for the Dark Side and one for the Light Side. Sure, you're probably supposed to pick the Light Side custard, which is marshmallow flavored and features cocoa crispies, but the Dark Side is equally as tempting, as it is dark chocolate custard with espresso fudge brownies, cocoa crispies, and white chocolate pearls.
Even cuter? According to PopSugar, the reason why the Light Side features cocoa crispies and the Dark Side features white chocolate is because Ample Hills wanted to show that there is a little bit of dark in the Light Side, and a little bit of light in the Dark Side. A+, Ample Hills, for creating two ice cream flavors that might finally unite the feuding sides of Star Wars.
