Mother Monster, who has been killing it (literally) on American Horror Story, just landed her first Golden Globe nomination for her role on the show as the Countess. "I apologize to my neighbors I'm still screaming in my apt in NY! I'm nominated as an actress for a Golden Globe what a dream is this real!," Gaga tweeted as soon as she found out the news.
The singer turned actor will go up against Kirsten Dunst (Fargo), Sarah Hay (Flesh and Bone), Felicity Huffman (American Crime) and Queen Latifah (Bessie) for Best Performance by an Actress in a Miniseries or Motion Picture Made for Television.

She went on to post a shot of herself palming a big bouquet of yellow roses with her manager Bobby Campbell standing behind her and cheering. "My mom and my manager @wanaynay are so emotional about our Best Actress Golden Globe Nomination and so happy for Ryan Murphy and the whole gang for HOTEL's nomination for Best TV Series!," she captioned the shot.
As Gaga mentioned, the entire cast of AHS has a reason to celebrate, as the show was nominated for Best Miniseries or Motion Picture Made for Television. It will go up against American Crime, American Horror Story: Hotel, Fargo, Flesh and Bone and Wolf Hall.
Congrats to Gaga, the AHS squad and all of the Golden Globes nominees!
