Shocker: Noel Gallagher Hates Adele's "Granny" Music

If you considered the undeniable celebrity support, record-breaking sales and the insane levels of worldwide fandom, it would feel safe to assume that literally everyone was all aboard the Adele train. But don't place any bets on that because Noel Gallagher isn't feeling the "Hello" singer's music and he's not shy about expressing his disdain for her art.

In an interview with Australian site Music Feeds, the former Oasis frontman boldly pumped the brakes on all the Adele adoration, telling the publication, "Lately, the one I've been asked about is Adele. If someone wants to know what I think of Adele, I'll f**king tell them. Not because I have any sort of agenda or because I'm trying to whip up any kind of hysteria. I just don't see what all the fuss is about. I don't like her music. I think it's music for f**king grannies."
Well, damn! Adele's music has been known to evoke all types of emotion, but Noel insulting Adele and those who enjoy her songs is a tad bit extreme. Then again, considering the fact that he could compile an album's worth of songs about the number of artists he and his brother Liam have publicly slammed (including One Direction, Taylor Swift, Maroon 5 and Kanye West), we can't say we're surprised by the comments.

Honestly, it's cool if Noel's not an Adele fan, but to call it "granny music"? Seriously, we can't even...
