We know that you try to eat a balanced diet and work out (as well as indulge in the occasional McDonald's), but what about the rest of your home state's population?

The United Health Foundation recently released America's Health Rankings for 2015, a comprehensive state-by-state analysis of the country's health. The study looks at cardiovascular disease and obesity rates, along with physical activity, crime, insurance rates, air pollution and poverty, according to Fast Company.

The findings? These 10 states are the healthiest:
1. Hawaii
2. Vermont
3. Massachusetts
4. Minnesota
5. New Hampshire
6. Connecticut
7. Utah
8. Colorado
9. Washington
10. Nebraska

And these are the 10 least healthy states:
1. Louisiana
2. Mississippi
3. Arkansas
4. West Virginia
5. Alabama
6. Oklahoma
7. Kentucky
8. Tennessee
9. South Carolina
10. Indiana

According to these stats, the most unhealthy states are in the south, while Hawaii is the healthiest state for the third year in a row (hey, we'd be fit AF too if we were on the beach every day!). How did your state do?
