One of the easiest ways to make your favorite "guilty pleasure" foods less sucky for your body is to forego the long list of ingredients and make them at home. Luckily for Doritos addicts, making your own version of the chips is super simple. This recipe comes from blog Carpe Season as a part of the "Guilty Pleasure Food Week" challenge, and it's so easy that you'll probably make these chips on the daily.Simply cut round corn tortillas into triangles, brush them lightly with olive oil, and bake for 10 minutes. When you take them out of the oven, lightly coat them again with more oil. Mix together ranch seasoning, onion powder, paprika, garlic salt, and white cheddar, and put the chips in a bag with the mixture. Shake until all the chips are coated, and poof: homemade Doritos!
I certainly won't judge you if you devour these... hey, they're healthier, right?
