"It feels so good [to beat Blake]," Adam told reporters after Tuesday night's finale, according to Hollywood Life. "I'm going to enjoy this night. On a completely selfish level, Jordan, I just want you to know. It's really quite beautiful because Jordan gets to win The Voice and I get to tear Blake apart for the next six months, bragging about my win and his drought of victory. It's going to be great. I'm going to think of new and exciting ways to make him feel terrible. It's going to be really fun, guys."
Considering how many times Blake has cracked jokes on Adam this year (particularly about his hair), we can't wait to see how the "Animal" singer gets him back.
For now, Adam has kept those jokes to a minimum on social media, but Jordan has been posting up a storm about his big win. After he nabbed the trophy, Jordan posted a shot of himself in bed laying next to it, captioning the snap, "Good morning, beautiful." He went on to thank fans in another post, writing, "There are no words. Thank you for this."
"There are so many times where I just didn't expect to be in this position and I'm still kind of blown away by that just because I never expected to be this far," Jordan told reporters after the show. "But I'm so honored to be, I'm so proud to be, out of all these people. They're so great. This is just so unreal. It's just one of the craziest moments I've experienced."
Congrats to Jordan and Team Adam!
