The iPad Air 3 Drops Soon, but It's Missing This Important Feature
If September's tablet launch wasn't enough for you - that's when Apple gave us its first-ever iPad Pro as well as the iPad Mini 4 - then look out for the iPad Air 3 to drop in the first half of 2016. Since 9to5Mac reports that Apple is releasing its rumored Apple Watch 2 and iPhone 6C in early March, word on the street is that Apple might drop its new iPad then, too.
But before you run to pitch a tent outside your local Apple store, there's one major feature missing from the iPad Air 3 that might change your mind. According to KGI's Ming-Chi Kuo, the world's go-to Apple psychic, the new tablet is rumored to not have 3D Touch, one of the most exciting updates to the iPhone 6S. If you're all about that feature, you might want to pass on the iPad Air 3 and go for the iPhone 6S or 7.
Lately, iOS users haven't been having all the 3D Touch fun: Recently, Instagram released an update for its Android app that simulates the pressure-sensitive feature.
Apple better step its game up!
