Well, that was fast.

In September, we learned that Nicki Minaj landed an ABC family series about her life, and less than four months after that announcement, the show has an official title Nicki. Additionally, the show's starring lineup has already been confirmed, Pitchfork reports. Obviously, Nicki wanted to end 2015 on a high note and we're def not mad at that.

Here's a look at the cast: Fruitvale Station and Get Hard actress Ariana Neal will portray Nicki (lucky girl) and she's in great company. In addition to Nicki making appearances on the show, Whoopi Goldberg has a guest starring role as Nicki's neighbor, while model-turned-actress Selita Ebanks and Wesley Jonathan have signed on to play Nicki's family.

Now, if you have an issue with the cast, take it up with Nicki (although we'd strongly advise against that) because she reportedly hand-selected them herself.

Anyone else looking forward to Nicki's show as much as we are? Her rapping tends to fall on the more racy side of the tracks (ahem, "Anaconda"), so serving as executive producer in a comedic family show only adds to her versatility as an artist.

And we're not gonna lie we totally want to see if Nicki's signature zingers make it into the show's script.
