Khloe Kardashian Lost 11 Pounds By Cutting THIS Out of Her Diet

Khloe Kardashian looks absolutely stunning on the cover of the Winter-Spring 2016 issue of New Beauty magazine (on newsstands January 5).
Inside the mag, the blonde beauty shared that, with the help of a nutritionist, she was able to drop 11 pounds just by cutting one thing out of her diet: dairy.

"I'm obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet (I did it gradually) made the biggest difference," she told them. "In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different."

And here is the result...

She was also able to find dairy-free alternatives to some of her favorite dairy foods, so she didn't have to completely miss out on all of the fun!

Of course, we also know that Khloe has been working her butt off in the gym, and that always helps! Speaking of which, Khloe will be using her own transformation as a way to help others, in her new E! series "Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian," where she'll help people get their best 'Revenge Body' by serving as a mentor while they get full-body makeovers with the help of trainers, glam squads and stylists assembled by Khloe herself.
