This Parody of Adele's "Hello" Hilariously Explains Fitness Fails

Every year, health and fitness goals are among the top New Year's resolutions, and according to Swedish health and fitness app Lifesum, data compiled from Twitter suggests that 2015 was no exception to the deluge of annual get fit or bust plans. We're all too familiar with the psychological and scientific explanations behind why people continue to fall off the fitness wagon, but later for those boring a** stats and theories — this spot-on parody of "Hello" titled "Hella Cravings" performed by Dustin and Genevieve Ahkuoi sums up life's fitness fails in a way that makes us feel less guilty about #thestruggle to attain a flawless figure.

No shade to Adele, but Dustin and Genevieve's all too real take on her heartbreak ballad is almost as good as the original. Watching them declare their disgust for CrossFit, push-ups and working out in general is funny AF and totally relatable to anyone who's had to make the life-changing decision between having a burger and fries or doing another hour on the elliptical.

"Hella cravings for some fries/I did one push-up and I cried/And my glutes are shaking every time that I lunge/And this gluten-free bread/Tastes just like a sponge," Genevieve helplessly croons during the song's chorus.

Ugh, we totally feel their pain. Nevertheless, becoming a chic workout warrior is definitely still on our list of #goals, so we'll just add Dustin and Genevieve's video to our "Get a Body Like Beyonce" workout playlist and keep it pushin' — without the fries.
