"We'll get up and go to Waffle House," she explains. "It's such a hectic time, and I don't feel like making breakfast on a day that you're just making so much food anyway. So we order breakfast."
But don't feel too bad for the wait staff who have to give up their Christmas mornings at home to serve Carrie and her family, she was open about her generosity. "We leave a ginormous tip," she said.
Don't think she went crazy on her baby for his first Christmas, either.
"I feel there's a lot of Christmas that has kind of gotten lost," she added. "We have talked about not wanting to spoil our kids. We want it to be more about the family and the fun times."
